Rollo AI Academy

Learn AI from the people who build it every day.

Hands-on AI and Claude training, built around the real work your team does. We are builders who train, not trainers who build, so every example comes off your own desk.

Every track is tailored. The examples, exercises and use cases always match your own work. Never generic demos, always situations already on your desk this week.

We build what we teach

Our trainers deliver AI projects at Belgian companies every day. No academics, no theory for its own sake, just people who build this for a living and bring it to your floor.

Builders who train, not trainers who build.

Six tracks, one learning path

Each track stands on its own, and they click together into a full journey, from awareness to skills to structural embedding. Start at the level that fits you.

01

Awareness

Starter sessions for teams and leaders who want to understand AI and see, concretely, where it makes the biggest difference in their business.

AI Opportunity Sprint

  • Copilot vs Claude: when to reach for which, and how to decide
  • The RCTFT prompt recipe: role, context, task, format
  • Build and reuse templates for recurring tasks
  • Copilot in practice: Outlook, scheduled prompts, AI in Teams meetings
  • Pitfalls, ethics and limits: what to share, the EU AI Act

You leave with: Five ready-made templates for your work, plus a configured Copilot and Claude setup.

AI Activation, Spark

½ day (4h), on-siteThe whole team, sceptics includedIn-company, after intake

You leave with: An organisation-specific prompt library, a personal Monday action per person, and a follow-up note with next steps.

AI Activation, Activate

AI Leadership Day

Full dayC-level team, max. 12In-company only, after intake

  • Leader use cases: meeting prep, analysis, decision support
  • Safety and privacy: what you share, what you protect

You leave with: A configured personal AI assistant, ready to use, plus a plan to build it out further.

04

Deep dive

Two modules that take a team past awareness and prompting: one lays a shared foundation and a use-case backlog, the other embeds Claude in the team's daily work.

AI Foundations + Application Sprint

2 × ½ day (3h each)Team, max. 12In-company, after tailored prep
  • Session 1, Foundations: what AI really is, anchored in your business (ML, deep learning, LLMs, agents)
  • The state of AI in business, including the failures and what sinks most pilots
  • AI for your company: map the value chain, spot where AI helps and where it adds noise
  • Session 2, Application Sprint: guided hands-on on your own workflows
  • Co-design a prioritised backlog: high impact and easy vs high impact and hard

You leave with: A shared AI vocabulary, a use-case backlog prioritised on impact and feasibility, and recommended next steps.

Claude as a personal and team tool

2 × ½ dayTeam, max. 10In-company, on your own documents and workflows

You leave with: A working grasp of Claude as a personal and team tool, concrete use per role, and a Claude setup for the department.

05

Process analysis

Three working sessions that bridge training and implementation. They map your organisation: which processes run, where the pain is, what data exists, and where AI can step in.

Process workshops

3 × ½ dayOperational team + managementIn-company only, after prep
  • Workshop 1, As-is process mapping: actors, steps, handoffs, volumes and pain points in swim-lane diagrams
  • Workshop 2, Data and systems inventory: what exists, where it lives, how it flows, and where the gaps are
  • Workshop 3, Gap analysis and AI opportunities: where agents can step in, the data boundary per case, high impact and feasible

You leave with: Six concrete outputs: swim-lane process maps, a systems-and-data inventory, a gap analysis, a prioritised AI opportunity backlog, solution sketches, and a roadmap.

06

AI Partnership

Not a maintenance contract. A monthly AI sprint. After the training the real work starts, with a partner that grows with you, your external AI Chief of Staff.

AI Partnership

MonthlyA company or team embedding AI for goodIn-company or remote
  • Review: what works, what does not, what changed in your business or the tooling. Honest monthly course-correction
  • Sprint: one concrete improvement a month, a new prompt, a better setup, a new use case live
  • Roadmap: the priority list evolves with you, so you always know the next step

You leave with: Continuous AI progress: adjusted every month, always one concrete step further.

What people learn, by role

Every module runs on your own work, so the examples and exercises match each person's job. A taste of the use cases we see most.

RoleTypical AI use cases from our training
Operations & LogisticsPull shipping instructions from messy emails, draft a customer update on an incident, turn a mail thread into action points.
Sales & CommercialGenerate quote text, prep the questions before a meeting, write the follow-up after a pitch.
Finance & AdminPayment reminders in three tones, summarise contract clauses, draft invoice and compliance text.
ManagementSummarise reports and spot trends, structure meeting minutes, build a pro-and-con comparison.
Marketing & CommunicationsWrite and iterate campaign copy, keep tone of voice consistent across channels, repurpose content into new formats.

Safety is built into every module

Every session covers responsible AI use: the traffic-light model (red, amber, green for your data), GDPR and confidentiality, hallucination risks, and how to set your own house rules. Not a separate compliance session, a practical frame that runs through everything.

How the tracks combine

The modules are complementary and slot together into a full path on your terms. A few typical combinations.

Questions, answered

Do we need AI tools set up first?

No. We start from where you are. Most sessions run on the tools you already have (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude), and we help set up what is missing on the day.

Is it tailored to our work?

Always. Every example, exercise and use case comes from your own work: the emails, offers and reports on your desk that week. No generic demos.

Who is it for?

From the sceptical operations colleague to the C-level team. There are tracks for teams new to AI, for building skills, for leaders, and for embedding AI in daily work.

Do you cover safety and privacy?

Yes, in every module. The traffic-light model for data, GDPR, confidentiality and hallucination risks are built in, not a separate compliance session.

On-site or remote?

Most sessions are in-company, at your office. Remote works too, especially for the ongoing AI Partnership.

What do we walk away with?

Something usable that week: a prompt library, working tools your team built, a prioritised AI backlog, or a company AI roadmap, depending on the module.
